As a former Bridezilla, I am only too aware of the time, thought, planning and diligence that goes into the lead up to The Big Day. On your wedding day, months, often years, of preparation, planning and discussion (argument) come together in one fantastic celebration.

It is therefore my aim to capture all these details and more – in years to come, you will snuggle down on your anniversary with your wedding album and not only will you say to each other ‘I’d forgotten that beards were on trend’ you will say ‘look! Those are the table decorations that your mother hated’ and ‘Do you remember how long it took us to make those name places?’ Hours of fun will be spent recounting the day in all its glory.

My style is informal, natural and creative. I believe in being an unobtrusive observer; that way I will help you freeze your wedding as more than a day, it will be captured as a story, ready to be re-told. Each time evoking the spirit, atmosphere and feelings of the day.

That said, I understand that in some cases, traditional posed photographs are important and these can easily be incorporated into your day.

I work in black and white and colour, giving a contemporary reportage feel. I will meet with you prior to the wedding to put together a list of ‘must have’ shots – Great Granny, long lost cousins from Outer Mongolia etc. so on the day you can relax and enjoy your wedding, safe in the knowledge that you will have memories to last a lifetime.

Engagement shoots are a great way for us to meet and for you to get accustomed to having your pictures taken. They are also a perfect opportunity for you to get some great images to use for personalised save the date cards – or just to update your walls and albums. An engagement shoot is included in Wedding package three but can be added on to any one of the packages at an additional cost. They can also be done separately from your wedding, if you haven’t yet decided when you will be saying ‘I do.’ Just drop me a line and we can have a chat about it.
